John Hemming is keen to make constituents aware of the Free Fire Home Safety Check Service. You can register online, or by telephone, for a free fire risk assessment carried out by fire-fighters from your local fire station.

You'll receive guidance on the installation and maintenance of smoke alarms and help to plan an escape route in case of a fire.
