John's MP advice bureau is held as a ‘drop-in’ service so no appointments are required. Visitors will be seen on a 'first come, first served' basis.
He apologises but no advice can be given over the phone during this time.

The office operates as a drop-in centre between the hours above however you can contact via phone on 0121 722 3417 during 9am - 4pm. Outside these hours there is a 24hr answer service.
